Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To provide operational support on on-site management, customer services and event management
  • To provide quality customer services in handling over the residential units and other site operations e.g. customer services support with venue hirers and general visitors
  • To coordinate with owners, contractors, property managers and URA colleagues in handling defect ratification works and other operational supports professionally and efficiently
  • To conduct inspection and customer surveys, prepare defect records and other types of management reports e.g. visitor traffic
  • To handle enquiries and complaints, and take follow-up actions in a timely and courteous manner
  • To support other customer services works at multiple URA’s developments as required
  • To supervise security guards and cleaners, coordinate and handle daily management

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Proven experience in handover of new development is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proactive and good interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
