Responsibilities:

• Assist I.T. Manager to gather, analyze and documenting user requirements
• Perform system design, implementation, development, testing and problem diagnosis of web-based applications
• Lead and guide a small team to complete assigned jobs
• Be responsible for system enhancement and on-going maintenance support
• Propose workable ideas and approaches to solve business and technical problems
• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and testing strategies
• Work with project team for project launch and deployment

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 8+ years relevant experience in IT and web development with at least 2 years in project management
• Logistics and/or warehouse experience is an advantage
• Strong and solid experience of PHP and MySQL in Apache and Linux environment
• Proficient working with HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Ajax, XML, JSON
• Flash ActionScript and Microsoft SQL Server (Transact-SQL) is a plus
• Strong system analysis and problem solving skills
• Good leadership and analytical skills, can work independently and deal with tight project schedule
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior System Analyst
• Immediate available is highly preferred
