KPM Healthcare Centre is a medical healthcare centre in Tsim Sha Tsui. We are looking for energetic person to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, support the smooth running of Medical Imaging section;
• Hold responsibility, coordinate and implement in-service training and staff development program;
• Assess competency mix across the centre;
• Ensure that the system, clinical policies and procedures are in line with current standard, thus guiding nursing practice;
• Lead, facilitate and promote patient’s clinical safety and risk management practices amongst nursing staff;
• Serve as a change agent and drive service quality initiatives;
• Act as mentor, coach and counselor to nursing staffs;
• Foster sound professional collaborative relationships with members of centre leadership, management team, frontline and the public;
• Lead and supervise nursing team, to ensure patients receive quality and safe care;
• Develop and implement continuous quality improvement programs;
• Perform other assigned duties from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing;
• Possess a valid/current nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong;
• Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification medical imaging nursing experience with at least 3 years in nursing management role;
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese & Putonghua;
• Strong leadership and influencing skill and good interpersonal skills;
• BLS & preferably ACLS certified.
