Scope of Responsibility:

• Prepare financial analysis and provide management information to support day-to-day decision making and operating efficiency improvement of senior management
• Monitor cashflow status by overseeing credit, AR collection and overdue billable orders
• Provide & present monthly operating results to senior management
• Coordinating with IT personnel to develop crystal reports for better Sales, Margin and Business Analysis etc.  
• Interface with different internal departments for process improvement.
• Coordinate with Corporate office to ensure Internal Audit and SOX compliance in Asia
• Support upcoming new ERP system development in the region and any ad hoc project as needed

Working Experience:

• 8 years or more related experience in the mixture of both G/L & Financial Planning, of which at least 3 years are at managerial role
• Big 4 background with manufacturing and/or sourcing industries would be advantageous
• Proficiency with ERP system and working closely with IT to develop necessary business analysis report;
• Previous SOX or audit coordination and development experience;

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:

• University graduate in Finance or Accounting
• Computer literate, well versed in MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word
• Excellent analytical & presentation skill with good business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good command in English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
• Independent worker, hands-on with strong initiatives,
• Process a “can-do” attitude with the ability to multitask & priorities workloads.
