Responsibilities

• Manage the 3rd party mobile phone refurbishment (RB) center overall operation
• Provide operation support for spare parts forecast demand and supply in an efficient manner
• Control the RB Center spare parts inventory in a health level
• Manage the expensive spare parts (i.e. PBA/ LCD) usage rate
• Conduct used parts collection and export to overseas factories
• Collaborate with related parties to resolve the daily operation issues and provide corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• Solid experience and knowledge services operations, prefer in telecom or consumer electronics industry
• 5 years' working related experience
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor
