Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Sr Merchandising Director, he/she will handle from trend research, sourcing, development and production for mens & ladies woven (all categories)
• Build and maintain strong relationship with US headquarters internal team and factories (China and off-shores)
• Manage and follow up the whole merchandising process from design, development, sourcing, production until delivery
• Good understanding of the costing and price negotiation for the company profile
• Responsible for the annual budget planning and P&L
• Assist the Sr Merchandising Director to set up different process and procedures

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Fashion Textile/Merchandising or related disciplines is preferable
• Minimum 10 years' experience in mens & ladies woven merchandising and at least 5 years in managerial level
• Good verbal and written English is a must, proficiency in Cantonese & Mandarin
• Strong technical product knowledge in woven, good understanding of factory process
• Prefer candidates with experience working in US buying office
• Strong management, supervisory and delegation skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Innovative, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
