We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Primarily conduct client onboarding procedures, including AML/CFT and KYC.
• Provide administrative support in the corporate trustee and corporate finance areas.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and research as required.
• Transactional case management support.

Key Requirements:  

• Diploma or degree in legal studies.
• Min. 2 years of experience in large corporate, restructuring, legal or corporate finance. experience in a bank or non-bank financial institution, law firm, or funds.
• Familiarity with corporate finance documents.
• Possess practical understanding & the due diligence process and anti-money laundering requirements.
• Self-motivated, dedicated and outgoing team player.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English is essential.
• Proficient written and spoken Mandarin skills ideal.
