Our client, a well-established bank in Hong Kong, is seeking high calibres to fill the above position :

Responsibilities

• Design, establish and implement a comprehensive Anti-Bribery and Corruption Programme /framework to the Bank including policies, procedures, global standard and guideline etc.
• Act as Second Line of Defense subject matter expert of AB&C to advise and coach Business Units / Support Units on their AB&C controls enhancement in order to mitigate Bribery and Corruption risks
• Interact with various BU/SU Heads and senior leaders to ensure their supports to build an effective and robust AB&C culture in all business/operations processes and fiduciary relationships
• Manage relevant stakeholders in Head Office and group subsidiaries / branches in order to establish the management mechanism on Third Party intermediaries from an enterprise wise perspective
• Provide a wide range of eservices to BUs/SUs related to transactional advice and AB&C investigation and risk management etc.
• Ascertain escalations and follow-up mitigating measures on potential Bribery and Corruption breaches timely and effectively
• Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure them with hand on knowledge of criminal laws, acts, and practices in Hong Kong and overseas relating to AB&C

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Compliance/Financial Crime Compliance/ Legal

• Compliance and regulatory knowledge and experience especially in relation to Asia Pacific markets and AB&C issues

• Excellent writing skills in report and policy

• Able to work under pressure and liaise effectively

• Good attention to details, self-motivation and proactive management

• Strong command of English and Chinese
