Senior Human Resources Officer (HK & PRC Property Developer) 5day, (HK$28K-HK$30K)

Our client is a leading Property Developer in HK & PRC. They are looking for a high caliber Senior Human Resources Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end recruitment cycle, adopt professional interview, offering processes, visa application, orientation as well as on-boarding arrangement
• Formulate effective recruitment strategies to address the manpower needs, source and place the right person at the right position to address business needs for HK & PRC
• Build and maintain good relationship with PRC recruitment agencies to increase recruitment efficiency and speed up hiring process
• Plan and lead ER program and staff recreation activities to strengthen staff communication and engagement
• Participate in annual HR projects and develop various HR programs & initiatives
• Prepare monthly reports & analysis for management review

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience with hands-on experience in recruitment; experienced in handling PRC recruitment highly preferred 
• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and knowledge of PRC Labor Law is an advantage
• A good team players and a problem solver, excellent in analytical, influencing & planning skills, and able to handle multi-tasks simultaneously
• Strong language ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
