Responsibilities:

• Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers
• Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs
• Developing sales strategies and setting quotas
• Maintaining a database of contact information
• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trend, identify and define audiences
• Develop both online and offline promotion materials including packaging, product collateral materials and website update for consumers products
• Handling complaints and negotiations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Marketing, Business or relevant discipline
• 4+ years of working experience in sales, marketing and retail with optical and consumer industry may be preferred
• The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to be self-directed, multi-task oriented
