工作職責:

• Responsible for generating proposal and facilitating financial product application and after sales services to Korean clients
• 協助向韓國客戶提供財務策劃建議書、申請金融產品和提供售後服務

• Responsible for the day to day enquiry handling for Korean clients
• 負責處理韓國客戶日常業務查詢

• Respond to Korean clients enquiries in a professional, polite and timely manner in order to deliver good customer experience
• 以專業，禮貌和及時的方式回應客戶諮詢，提供良好的客戶服務

Job Requirements:
職位要求:
• Good standard of written and spoken Chinese, Korean and English
• 良好中文，韓文和英文 (包括書寫及會話)

• Qualifications of IIQAS are required (Acceptable to gain the required qualification after onboard)
• 需要IIQAS資格（可在任職後考取所需資格)

• Capable to work independently with strong interpersonal and problem solving skill, willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities
• 能夠獨立工作，具有較強的人際關係和解決問題的能力，願意和有能力承擔額外工作

• Relevant experience in the insurance brokerage industry is preferred
• 持保險經紀行業的相關經驗者優先考慮

• Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese or English, and Mathematics) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese or English* and Mathematics)
*Grade C in English (Syllabus A) is recognised as equivalent to Grade E in English (Syllabus B)
