Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal and external parties on sales process including ordering, shipment follow up and logistics arrangement
• Monitor and keep an accurate and efficient sales order update, prepare sales report, consolidating stock forecast, sales reports and analysis
• Follow up sales order processing, keep order fulfillment process on track in a timely and quality manner for distributor and Wholesales ordering
• Maintain up-to-date product matrix including pricing, size, colors, order minimums, packing spes, delivery windows, shipping details, etc.
• Handle sales administration including sales orders, prince quotation and invoicing
• Handle customers’ enquiry and compliant, provide after-sales service and delivery

Requirements :

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics related disciplined
• 2 to 3years work experience in sales administration of retial industry
• Strong numerical sensitive, attentive to details
• Detail-oriented, diligent, self-motivated and initiative
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (vlookup, pivot table), PowerPoint, knowledge in VBA is an advantage
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese & Mandarin
