Responsibilities:

* Handle customer services duties include replying phone and whatsapps enquiries
* Enrich existing customer relationship to undergo smooth and successful negotiation process
* Assist operation manager/ executive director to follow up customer service and administrative issues
* Prepare monthly customer reports
* Documentation control on vehicle license purchasing, selling and mortgage progress
* Mentor will be assigned for suitable candidate so that on the job training will be provided

Requirements:

*University graduate with at least 2 years experience in the scope of customer service or /and vehicle management
* Good writing, presentation and marketing skills
* Optimistic, reliable, attention to details and able to work overtime and under pressure.
* Hands-on experience in Microsoft Word & Excel, basic knowledge of spoken and written English and
spoken Cantonese
* Driving License and solid experience on handling license ownership transfer documentation is an advantage
* Acquiring mortgage knowledge, marketing, motors insurance and license renewal handling experience is definitely an advantage
