Responsibilities: 

1. Report to General Manager & CFO and supervise the day to day operations of a team of accounting staff
2. Oversee the Annual strategic planning and budgeting process
3. Managing month-end closing, statutory reporting, forecasting, management reporting
4. Implement finance policies and procedures and continuous to improve reporting, process and system
5. Assist to coordinate internal control system and monitor execution of Internal control process
6. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of annual audit schedules, account reconciliations and tax schedules for audit preparation and compliance with tax and regulatory authorities
7. Maintain financial statement/records, monitor data flow and ensure compliance with required standards
8. Provide an analytically and detailed approach to business reporting and analysis to the top management for making tactical and strategic business decision
9. Preparing the cash flow forecast and cash flow statement
10. Performing P&L explanation and financial ratio analysis
11. Preparing monthly product cost variance reports
12. Monitoring KPIs and enhance business performance

Requirements:  

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
2. Minimum 6-8 years’ accounting experience in supervisory level
3. Good analytical skills with focus on details
4. Must be self-motivated with positive and flexible attitude to work in the fast-growing business
5. Good interpersonal skill to collaborate with different functions and departments
6. Solid Experience in retail and FMCG financial analysis is a plus
7. Supervise the budgetary control
8. Forecasting process of accounting operation
9. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
10. Self-initiative detail-minded, able to work under pressure and tight deadline; 
11. Immediate available is preferred
12. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Manager
