Responsibilities:

• Provide executive support to the Director in daily project coordination and business activities
• Prepare and analyze ad-hoc and periodic business reports
• Prepare internal and external correspondences / documents independently
• Liaise with both internal and external parties on business matters
• Occasionally travel

Requirements:

• University graduate
• 3 - 5 years of experience gained from operations / project coordination / business administration jobs  
• Good numeric and communication skills with a strong sense of business
• Detail-oriented and ability to use own initiative in complex problem solving
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua
