The Sales and Marketing Executive will be a team member of our strong Sales & Marketing team and is responsible for coordinating, optimizing and executing sales related projects with co-effort from various departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist Director to handle sales and marketing projects;
• Prepare Quotation, Sales Proposal and coordinate Sales Order and Purchasing Order in the Salesforces System;
• Response to enquires from overseas clients;
• Selling via warm calls and cold calls;
• Follow up sample approvals from clients;
• Generate updated sales records, statistics and making analysis;
• Well liaised with internal departments on daily basis to ensure our production and goods delivery can meet with clients’ schedule;

 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in sales and/or merchandising, less experience will be as considered as Sales Trainee
• Solid experience in managing overseas clients’ tight requirements;
• Proactive with good communication skills, have confidence to motivate others to strive for clients’ needs;
• Must be customer-oriented and able to tackle problems with preventive solution;
• Good PC knowledge in using MS office applications;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• New immigrants from Mainland and fresh graduate are also welcome
