Job Duties : 

• Handle tours' enquiries with professional customer service skills.
• Prepare travel itinerary, proposals and necessary arrangements in an efficient, accurate and professional manners
• Liaise with and coordinate the booking with Japanese Company
• Implement ad hoc assignments if needed

Requirements : 

• At least 1 year experience in Travel Industry
• Good in spoken and written Japanese
• Less experience is also considered with good character 
• Post Secondary / Degree Holder
• Able to work independently, be patient , hard-working and responsible,  willing to take challenges and detail-minded
• Good communication, presentation and customer service skill
• Able to communication with English and Mandarin
