The staff (Logistic and Sales Operations) will be responsible for coordination and execution of operations functions including sales order processing, logistics management and customer services to support our business growth in Hong Kong and China.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and resolve daily issues about supply chain processes including transportation, imports/exports, order delivery, follow up goods return issues and response delivery enquiries to internal department on a timely manner.
• Handle documentation and data input to maintain data integrity and accuracy information in system.
• Assist in warehouse operation, monitoring stock positions and preparing stock reconciliation.
• Prepare inventory reports as regularly, analytical reports for management review.
• Updating customers on delivery dates and handling any issue related to deliveries.
• Oversee the operation of Customer Service and Maintenance Department and support the customer service to the customers for maintaining smooth operation in the team.
• Handle ad hoc customer’s requests and resolve operational issues or disputes effectively.

Requirements:

•        Form 6/ Higher Diploma or above in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Management Studies or related field

•        Minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics/ customer service, preferably in logistic or warehouse sector

•        Responsible, self-motivated, well organized and able to multi-task and work under pressure

•        Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

•        Immediately available highly preferred
