Responsibilities will include:

• Manage Business Development Team and ensuring constant new customer is opening every week.
• Manage Marketing – CRM team to collect and making sure that company receiving new inquiry every week.
• Travel to visit potential customer from undeveloped market.
• Prospecting  for new business, up-selling/expanding sales on existing customers.
• Analyze prospective customers’ needs and propose solutions
• Creating sales presentations and customized proposals
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Research and Sales plan for individual countries and market segment.
• Travelling to visit trade fairs, and overseas customer meetings.
• Travelling to our China facilities together with customers.

Education and qualification:

• University graduate from Hong Kong or overseas
• Super Organized, and Very Google Literate
• Professional communicator with good negotiation skills
• Strength in situation analysis and providing product/service solution
• Fluent in English.  Any experience with Mandarin/Cantonese, French, Spanish etc. is a plus
• Account management experience in furniture industries, preferably in online B2B business and/or recruitment/outsourcing/consulting would be a plus
• A team player/leader and able to motivate/mobilize resources of a global team

Compensation includes base pay, and a very attractive commission structure. Appropriate additional benefits and flexible salary packaging will be negotiated where appropriate.
