Key Responsibilities：

1. Be responsible for sales (sales revenue and sales quantity), distribution and revenue of  he region / customer and achieve the company's target through excellent sales development ability:

• Manage / maintain / develop wholesalers and key customers in the area；
• Assist to make key customer acquisition plan, and actively participate in the completion of objectives；
• Responsible for the daily service and coordination of dealers and customers；
• Collect market information, analyze and make sales plan；
• Analyze and review in time, and share the case；

2. Reporting and new product development：

• Conduct accurate local market reports according to the company's requirements and submit them in a timely manner；
• Timely update and track competitive product information；
• Timely feedback the market situation to the management team；
• Propose new product ideas based on experience；

3. Other work assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Excellent customer development / maintenance and sales promotion management ability;
• Good communication skills, mature personality and good at dealing with people;
• logical, result oriented, cheerful and optimistic;
• Keep a high degree of discipline and work independently;
• Proficient in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is better;
• Good use ability of computer office software;

Summarized Accountability:

• College degree or above;；
• More than 5 years sales and marketing management experience in baking or catering industry, experience in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred;
• Have experience in developing and managing agents, wholesalers andkey customers;
