Job Description

• Lead and motivate sales team
• Establish and maintain the highest standard of customer service and develop long term relationships with retail and business clients
• Ability to manage customer’s expectations and complaints
• Follow company's expectation to achieve monthly and quarterly sales target
• Follow up clients' quotations and orders independently 
• Liaise with the merchandising team, make sure to provide the right information for order placement 
• Liaise with interior designers to explore business development opportunities

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 3 years of full time experience in furniture industry for Senior Sales Supervisor position
• Experience in setting up new store is preferred
• Experience of made-to-order furniture, home decor, home appliances, luxury beddings and interior design firms are preferred
• Good communication skills and customer service attitude
• Excellent negotiation and presentation ability
• Candidate with less experience but high potential will be considered
• Confident, pro-active and creative
• Fluent Cantonese, English and conversational Mandarin
