Job Description
THE GIG (Summary of the Role)
The candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support to the Operations Department.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART (Responsibilities)
- Responsible for data entry and provide clerical support to the department
- Support I/E documentation and customs declaration
- Prepare, maintain and file documentation
- Coordinate with local trucker, freight forwarder and courier for delivery
- Follow up any ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
YOUR FUNDAMENTAL QUALITIES (Requirements)
- F.5 or above
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, shipping/ warehouse experience is a plus
- Experience in handling I/E and L/C documents
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Responsible, detailed-oriented and well-organized
- Fast typing and good computer skills
- Immediate available preferred
