Job Highlights:

• Solid managerial / supervisory on manager exp.

• Manage full spectrum of warehouse specialised in Wine & FMCG products     

• Execute manpower planning and Monitor 3PL partners performance

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to supervise small team and manage the full spectrum of warehouse operations in compliance with KPI

• Implement daily manpower planning and forecasting for warehouse operations

• Set-up guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures for continuous improvement in efficiency

• Organize a systemic inventory control to support Company’s daily business

• Implement the warehouse planning and strategy to assort the Company’s future development

• Coordinate with sales & business development department to ensure the smoothness of new client engagement & migration process

• Provide regular performance and inventory reports and handle ad-hoc projects

• Monitor the performance and cost effectiveness of contractors and 3PL partners, as well as fulfilling the Company’s service requirements 

Requirements:

• Tertiary Education or above in Logistics or business related disciplines with hands on warehouse operations and management experience with at least 3 year at managerial level

• Analytical and detail-minded

• Full cycle of WMS project implementation experience is highly preferred

• Wine or FMCG exposure and handling experience is definitely an advantage

• Competency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
