Responsibilities:

• Handle payment activities of the company
• Prepare Accounts Payable vouchers accurately and in a timely manner
• Process debit notes and credit notes
• Resolve Accounts Payable issues proactively and maintain professional working relationship with internal and external parties
• Ensure all transactions processed are valid activities with sufficient documentations and procedural compliance
• Prepare cash flow report on regularly basis
• Assist in month end closing, and reconciliation in the accounting shared services team
• Support daily accounting duty and perform ad hoc assignment from time to time as assigned by supervisor 

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in accounting
• At least 2 years of finance and accounting experience preferably in retail industry
• Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with people from all levels
• Ability to work under tight deadline and with flexibility to cope with changes
• Excellent both in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel & Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is preferred
