With a team of international elites with numerous overseas returnee graduated from top-notched university, they are looking for Director, Corporate Finance in their fund raising activities. 

Job Description

As a Director, Corporate Finance, you will responsible for all activities in fund raising including bond issue and M&A. You will also have a good connection with bankers and able to maintain good relationships. You will also require to provide strategic advice to management for the business operations and requirements from the government parties. 

Requirements

• Degree or above in accounting or Finance or related subject
• 10 years' relevant experience in corporate finance or fund raising activities gained from ibank or security firm. 
• CPA holder
• Mature, detail-minded and good communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
