Job Responsibilities:

1.        Control all finance and accounting activities of the Company, including: prepare monthly financial and management analysis reports、operational expenses against prior year and budget、 bank account management、work with the legal counsel for finance related legal and compliance matters、prepare annual budget and quarterly rolling forecasts、tax filling、salary and insurance、asset inventory、fund management, etc.
2.        Handle internal control and ensure financial policies and procedures are properly adhered; handle statutory audits (internal and external) and Hong Kong tax filing; provide advice to senior management of entities/operating companies in Hong Kong.
3.        Other work assigned

崗位職責：

1.        負責管理並執行各項財務工作，包括：貨款處理、費用支付、每月報表、帳號管理、工資保險、每週報表、資產盤點、款項催收等；
2.        負責制定和完善各項財務內控制度和流程，嚴格執行公司財務記錄，並負責香港財務、稅務等相關政策研究，為公司提供專業意見；
3.        其他交付的工作。

Requirements:

1.        At least 3 years HK related working experiences in accounting or other related fields;
2.        Good knowledge in Hong Kong listing rules and related financial laws and regulations; familiar with the relevant financial, taxation, auditing regulations and policies of Hong Kong;
3.        Good knowledge in financial analysis and capital management, strong teamwork spirit and excellent interpersonal skill;
4.        Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects;
5.        Good command in English and Chinese.

任職要求：

1.        3年或以香港相关会计/税务/财务工作經驗
2.        熟悉香港相關財經法律法規，熟悉各項相關財務、稅務、審計法規和政策；
3.        具有出色的財務分析、資金管理能力及團隊溝通、管理能力；
4.        具有前瞻性思維，熱愛接觸新項目并善于学习；
5.        擅长中英文双语。
