Jobs Responsibilities

• Handle general accounting duties that include vouchers preparation, data input and filing
• Check and handle supplier invoices and staff reimbursement claims
• Arrange approval for invoices and payments
• Process routine bank and cash operation and prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist in preparing month end schedules and reports
• Participate on ad hoc project as required

 Requirements

• F5 or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years of solid accounting experience, apparel buying office is preferred
• Good knowledge in Excel, experience in using Flex system will be an advantage
• Independent, detail-minded, well organized, self-motivated and have a can-do attitude
• Mature team player with good written and spoken English and Chinese
