KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling daily accounting duties including data entry, filing, receipt and payment processing.
• Provide general clerical support on routine accounting matters.
• Manage full set of accounts of related companies.
• Prepare and reconcile inter-company transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist in monitoring accounts receivables.
• Maintain fixed assets register.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing efficient financial procedures.
• Other ad hoc accounting duties and projects.

REQUIRMENTS

• Holder of LCCI Higher or above
• At least 5 years accounting experience, preferably in servicing company, experience with professional CPA firms is a definite advantage
• Familiar with computerized accounting system, Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded, willing to learn, well organized and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in Peachtree is advantage
• Good command in English, Mandarin & Chinese
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Willing to work overtime and to meet tight deadline
• Immediate availability is preferred
