PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle cheque, cash, credit card transaction with parents to receive tuition and other fees.
• Issue cheques, receipts, refunds.
• Arrange and send out various invoices.
• Contact those who have not paid tuition and encourage them to pay.
• Guide parents and provide information on tuition, resolve complaints.
• Daily cash management.
• Responsible for data entry and its review.
• Prepare and support the periodic accounting closing.
• Prepare various management/financial data or analysis.
• Update accounting and finance procedures considering the various statutory compliance issues of Hong Kong and Korea.
• Liaise with external auditors in connection with annual audit process.
• Give advice and internal controls within the school.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Accountancy/Finance or other relevant qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is required (Accounting or Finance).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, initiative and attention to details.
• Average oral and written communications skills in English and Korean is required. Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
• High proficiency in Microsoft office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
• Must be able to work legally in Hong Kong.
• Immediate available is preferred.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to the Team Leader and/or Supervisor.
