Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operation in accounting function including monitor daily funding and assist on cash flow forecast and provide support to the team
• Preparation of daily and monthly FRR
• Handle accounts payable and receivable voucher and bank reconciliation
• Update and maintain accounting journals and invoices
• Assist in month end closing and year end closing
• Coordinate with accounting schedules and financial accountancy reports
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in securities industry will be highly preferred
• Attention to details, self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in PC skills, MS Word and Excel
• Knowledge in Oracle is an advantage but not a must
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available will be an advantage
