Responsibilities:

l   Handle full set of accounts independently, including AP, AR, Inventory, Cashflow Control, Journal

        Voucher and General Ledger etc….

l   Prepare annual accounts and handling tax matters

l   Streamline work processes and institute control procedures to ensure effective, efficient and timely

       reporting

l   Responsible for month-end closing, reporting and bank reconciliation;

l   Handle customer settlement and staff reimbursement;

l   Handle all in/outbound operation support with our project team, include but not limited to

       online/offline payment, ordering and delivery procedures;

l   Prepare and consolidate budget forecasts and conduct budget analysis & reviews with management;

l   Carry out ad-hoc assignment as required

l   Requirements:

l   Diploma holder or above 

l   3 years relevant experience and e-Commerce experience is preferred

l   Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure

l   Mature, stable, self-motivated, good team player, always keep learning

l   Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English, Mandarin is preferred

l   Proficiency in PC Knowledge including Excel & Word, Chinese Typing, PollyPro System is an

       advantage

l   LCCI Level 2 or above

l   Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Officer

 Immediate available is an advantage.
