Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring Dedicated Petrol Stations and Airside Stations to ensure the facilities and operational workflows comply with contract agreements and regulatory requirements;
• Liaising and cooperating with government authorities, business partners, contractors, internal departments and related industries for station operational matters;
• Maintaining internal compliance policies & ISO system to ensure updated policies, procedures and forms are in place;
• Assisting in preparation of reports on annual external audit, and coordinating with internal and external parties for audit arrangement;
• Monitoring and developing reports for analysis;
• Providing full spectrum of administrative support to the team;
• Participating in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above, with a minimum 2 years related experience in retail industry;
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and independent;
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in PC skills and MS Office.
