工作職責：

（一）  處理公司運輸組一般文書工作；

（二）  申領汽車牌照、禁區証和相關通行証；

（三）  處理交通事故後的文書工作和保險索償；

（四）  登記及管理公司車隊的各類報告和月結單據；

（五）  遵守公司政策和程序；

（六）  接受其他工作分配；及

（七）  向運輸組主管匯報。

申請者必須具備下列條件:

（一）  中五程度；

（二）  最少一年或以上文書工作經驗；

（三）  認識車輛結構和維修程序；

（四）  良好文書處理能力，熟悉電腦軟件Word, Excel及    PowerPoint操作；

（五）  熟悉SAP系統更佳；

（六）  良好人際關係和良好人際溝通技巧；

（七）  良好組織能力及細心，能在壓力下應付工作；及

（八）  良好中英文水平。
