Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users on PC, email, domain, notebook computers, networking, etc.
• PC/Server hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and support
• Assist to carry out IT administrative tasks on Microsoft Windows servers, Linux servers, Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL servers, networking, etc.
• Perform operation & maintenance support for data network

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Studies or equivalent
• 5 years relevant / IT support experience
• Good knowledge of maintaining iAsia and SP
• Self-initiated and hard working
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
• With securities and futures market experience will have priority
• Immediate available is preferred
