Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide logistics support for daily functions of the Firm
- Provide clerical, scanning and administrative support to the Firm
- Data entry
- Responsible for proper filing
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, preferred with at least 1 year relevant work experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, good team player and able to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Familiar with MS Office applications and word processing
- Good English and fluent Cantonese
- Immediately available is preferable
