Job Description

• Troubleshooting operating systems and servers
• Incident diagnosis and resolution
• Provide support for server and desktop on different platform
• Break/fix for end user peripherals
• Support for general office applications, smartphones, cable patching, laptop, desktop, server and racks
• Provide support in IT infrastructure (i.e. servers. Desktops, IP phone and other peripherals)
• Perform system and hardware updates, upgrades, and monthly check up
• Install hardware & Software as well as manage & monitor IT assets & software licenses

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in IT or equivalent
• Good problem solving skill and communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt to new and changing technologies
• 2-3 year of relevant working experience in IT supporting roleis desired
• Good command in English & Cantonese
• Knowledge in Windows Server and exchange server
