Job Responsibilities:

• Report to COO. Provide a wide spectrum of HR and administration services to the Company including HK & China
• Formulate and regularly review HR and administration strategies and policies, make recommendation to Management
• Direct recruitment and selection activities
• Develop, implement and maintain a competitive benefit and remuneration strategy
• Formulate staff development strategy and manage the performance appraisal program
• Organize staff activities
• Manage day-to-day admin functions in an efficient and effective manner
• Prepare and monitor the implementation of the annual budget and operating plan for all HR and administration activities

Requirements:

• University degree in business administration with professional human resources training
• At least 10 years human resources and administration experience at corporate level with workforce in Hong Kong and the PRC.  Must possess hands on experience in PRC HR Management
• Practical experience in performing a full scope of HR and administrative functions in both HK and China (Remarks: Please state on the CV the degree of PRC management experience)
• Well versed in HK and PRC Labor Rules & Regulations.  And, benefit practices in HK and the PRC
• A good team leader and player
• Meticulous.  Good analytical and coordinating skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Maturity to deal with staff at all levels of the organization
