Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR function;
• Work independently on recruitment, orientation & employment contract preparation, employee compensation & benefits, payroll calculation & MPF administration, computerized HR system, salaries tax filling and ad hoc assignments;
• Be responsible for the maintenance of personnel records;
• Prepare HR related circulars and correspondence;
• Assist in enhancing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree holders in human resources management or relevant disciplines;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related employment regulations;
• 3 years post-qualification experience in retail industry;
• High proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, and Chinese word processing is required;
• Good interpersonal and communication skill;
• Multi-tasking capability and good problem-solving skill;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior HR officer,
• Immediate or near-dated availability is ideal.
