Introduction:
Sintat Motors is a fast moving company with energetic and open mind culture, providing vehicle license investment solution with vehicle management service. To comply with our rapid growth and expansion, we need suitable talent. We are located in Grade A commercial building in Kowloon Bay.

Responsibilities:
* Provide full spectrum of secretarial supports to Director for both personal and business matters
* Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues independently
* Handle business correspondences, mails, emails, telephone calls, document filing and other administrative duties
* Participate in any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:
*Bachelor degree is preferable 
*With at least 5 years or more experiences in the scope of insurance
*With at least 2 years or more experiences in the scope of personal assistant / customer services / sales
* Solid experiences in serving clients or handling insurance claims is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in Chinese typing and writing
* Optimistic, reliable, attention to details
