Job Description

崗位職責：

• 協助人力資源總監，指導並規範香港、泰國及中國內地事業部的人力資源管理工作

• 牽頭組織各下屬事業部制定招聘計畫，並參與香港地區的招聘工作

• 協助各下屬事業部完成績效管理工作，包括績效目標設定、定期跟蹤及考核

• 按照公司要求，完成各類人力資源報告及分析工作，審核各下屬單位人力資源事項報告，確保合乎制度要求

• 參與公司總部及各事業部人力資源相關項目

崗位要求：

• 本科及以上學歷

• 具備5年人力資源管理經驗，具備中資企業經驗者優先

• 熟悉香港地區人力資源政策，對中國內地人力資源政策有一定瞭解

• 積極主動，分析能力、執行力強，能夠在較大壓力下獨立完成工作

• 熟練掌握粵語、普通話作為工作語言，能夠較好使用中文進行寫作
