Responsibilities 

• Handle receptionist duties including phone calls, visitors, mail and courier etc.
• Provide clerical support and assist in general office administration
• Perform general clerical duties such as data input, scanning, photocopying etc.
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments as required
• Outdoor job may be required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years or above working experience
• School Certificate or above
• Able to work independently with strong responsibility
• Pleasant, cheerful and self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of Cantonese and English and average Mandarin
