Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the Group’s business needs and strategy
  • Recommend, develop and implement group wide policies, regulations and practices in respect of HR and Administration as well as internal control
  • Manage the full-spectrum of HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, talent retention, performances management, compensation & benefits and employee relationships etc.
  • Act as a key advisor to management team
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliance with all statutory requirements
  • Lead and supervisor a team of administrative staff to perform full spectrum of office administration duties efficiently including but not limited to insurance, office renovation, facilities management, vendor management, central procurement, courier services arrangement, stationery supplied and inventory control
  • Ensure a high quality of administration services are in place by organizing office operations and procedures
  • Prepare annual budgets, monitor and control on the office expenses
  • Develop, review and implement office operation policies and procedures, and other measures to ensure quality service standard are met
  • Organize staff events and assist in CSR/Green activities 
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business administration.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ human resources management experience in sizable organizations of which 5 years are at managerial level. Previous working experience in construction industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized, able to work under pressure and with multi-tasking ability.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Proficient in PC application (e.g. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.)
