What is your job about?

You will join the operations team, responsible for all administration duties for the multi brand showroom department and will be responsible for providing general support to the sales team, specifically:

• Process daily sales invoices to clients, payment transactions, invoices and deposit settlements
• Handle daily accounting transaction, including outstanding report
• Handle Purchase reports, in coordination with Finance Department to ensure all suppliers' invoices are settled
• Assist in preparing samples before each sales campaign
• Sales order entry into supplier’s system and check orders confirmation
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and export sales data from the system
• Follow up shipments and communicate with shipping companies to ensure on time deliveries and cost optimization
• Handle sales invoice, stock allocation, sales returns and shipping documents.
• Handle stock adjustment and inventory control
• Handle ad hoc reports and projects as assigned by supervisor

 Who will be our potential target?

• Diploma or above
• At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Administration, Operations and preferrably Accounting fields
• Previous experience in Fashion Wholesale or retail preferred but not a must
• Strong sense of assigning priorities and attitude to multitasking
• Detail-oriented and prone to initiate and suggest new procedures to optimize operations flow
• Good command of both written & Spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin 
• Self-motivated, independent and responsible
• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing
• Proficient in Excel is a plus 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Operations Assistant
