Job Description

Job duties

All-round administrative support for smooth operation
HR functions such as recruitment, payroll & MPF calculation, staff records maintenance, benefits etc
Handle import/purchase invoices and payments to suppliers
Prepare sales invoices, cash records and bank statements etc monthly to external accountant
Provide clerical support to the team such as filing and data entry

Requirements

Higher diploma or above
5 years' experience in Administration and HR
Mature, strong organisational skills and independent
Proficient with Excel
Accounting experience/knowledge is an advantage but not necessary
Immediately availabilty is preferred

Highlight

Flexible / negotiable work hours: 3 or 4 half days OR 2 or 3 whole days
