The position is located in Hong Kong at the Fresenius Medical Care Asia Pacific Headquarters.

This role is reporting to Associate Director, Business Development and Corporate Finance Asia Pacific and work in regional head office finance team.

Key Areas of Responsibilities in Detail:

• Support local Business Development teams with the evaluation, approval and execution of new investment opportunities
• Maintain transaction pipeline for periodic reporting
• Review and evaluate market research reports and external business materials
• Provide research, evaluation analysis and other required materials for discussion with senior management
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required:

• Bachelor degree in finance / accounting / economics / business administration or other related discipline, any relevant professional qualification is considered a plus
• Two to five years of relevant work experience, such as in-house corporate development, transaction advisory, accounting, management consulting, or banking
• Experience in conducting research, data analysis and financial modelling
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze, understand and articulate complex information
• Ability to synthetize concepts and data into concise, presentable format
• Well-versed in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Highly motivated and energetic
• Willingness to travel
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Associate
