Senior Marketing Manager (Banking - Loans); 5 day (HK$60-70K x 13m)

Our client is a famous Banking Group in HK. They are seeking a high caliber Marketing Manager to join their team:

Responsibilities

• Formulate business strategies to build market awareness and market share
• Achieve targets of loan-on-card balance, drawdown amount of consumer loan from telemarketing channel and interest income
• Analyse market trend and P&L status to review product’s competitiveness in the market
• Enhance product features and sales channels, optimise risk-based pricing and drive marketing campaigns
• Identify business opportunities and insights from data analytics.
• Recommend business initiatives to achieve the targets
• Identify and develop targeted products through customer segmentation approach
• Implement IT and digital projects to drive business growth, streamline process as well as enhance customer experience
• Control & monitor marketing expenses
• Liaise with various internal and external parties to support the program launch

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Business Administration or Marketing or related discipline 
• 8 years of relevant experience in banking sector, preferably in loan-on-card or consumer loan business
• Creative and business minded with excellent marketing skills
• Strong project management and financial analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid experience in product development and process flow enhancement
• In-depth understanding in loan products, procedures and banking ordinances
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
