Job Description

Responsibilities include:

* Conduction of planned maintenance, corrective maintenance and other services of the system, work stations and peripheral equipment;

* Attending fault calls and restoring the system within the required Service Levels;

* Repairing, installing and maintaining computers and peripheral equipment;

* Assisting with in-network connectivity/cabling and networking hardware;

* Perform regular patrol to the systems coverage locations.

 Requirements Include:

* Two (2) years of maintenance experience on computer hardware/software;

* Two (2) years of experience working directly in a customer service environment;

* Certification/diploma in computing and/or engineering or other appropriate discipline;

* Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Good in speaking Mandarin is in advantage;

* ITIL v3 Foundation Certification is in advantage;

* Knowledge in IT PC hardware installation / setting and configuration;

* Ability to work shift work in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment.
