Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line technical support to end users on PC, Windows Server, networking, etc.
• Windows Servers administration, backup and recovery
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• 2 to 3 years solid experience in technical support
• Hands-on experience with AD, Exchange and file server installation and configuration
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred.
