Our Client, a reputable bank, is looking for suitable candidate to fill the abovementioned position.

Main Responsibilities 

• Maintain an inventory of risk policies and related documents, mapping against the Bank’s corresponding and related risk policies and documents;
• Conduct gap analysis on risk policies against the Bank’s own risk policies, local laws and regulatory requirements, focusing general risk management, risk governance and credit risk-related policies;
• Drive the review of the Bank’s risk management and governance framework, Risk Appetite Statement and Risk Appetite Framework ;
• As a key coordinator for Risk Management Group for communication and exchange of critical information and documents, Board-level and Management-level risk management committees, Senior Management, Rating Agencies etc.
• Review key risk documents in both English and Chinese version.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business, Risk Management or related disciplines
• 5 - 8 years’ banking experience in Credit Risk Management or credit risk policy formulation
• Experience in Chinese financial institutions and CBIRC regulation is preferred.
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
