Our banking client is looking for suitable candidate to fill the above position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team to perform payment operations ensuring timely and accurate execution of all transactions
• Monitor daily payment activities ensuring compliance of relevant AML and sanction policies
• Follow up irregular remittance cases
• Handle incoming enquiries from clients
• Streamline operation workflow to enhance operational efficiency
• Participate in payment related system projects if necessary

Requirements

• Degree holder in business administration or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in remittance and payment operations in banking environment, 5 years of which at supervisory level
• Familiar with SWIFT, RTGS, RMB-CIPS operations
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua
